| Learn practical techniques for relaxing and healing the mind, body and soul through meditation. This class explains and defines meditation. The student will learn the steps of meditation to visualize for success, synergism, and manifesting desired abundance as well as receiving messages from Spirit Guides, Angels or deceased loved ones. There will be various meditations of Sylvia's, and you will learn skills necessary to design your own meditations for yourself and others.
All classes are taught by Ministers of Sylvia's church, Society of Novus Spiritus.
